The Register writes “Blackberry developer Research in Motion (RIM) could be the subject of a takeover bid, investment house Goldman Sachs suggested this week after dubbing the company a “very attractive” acquisition.” It does make sense for a company like Motorola or Nokia to buy out the company because they have already inked deals to develop 3rd-party hardware using the RIM OS and it’s email push technology. Right now it is all speculation so lets not look too far ahead.
