BlackBerry Cool

The “Charm” platform or the Blackberry 7100 has become the main hardware focus for RIM as reported by our sources. Improvements will include the doubling of processing power and memory space. If true it is really good news, especially when you consider the possible 3rd party software applications that can be developed. Things like multimedia capabilities especially when it comes to playing videos, mp3s and games. This would place the Blackberry closer to parity with other Palm and PocketPC devices. We may see these new and improve Blackberry 7100′s as early as Q4. All I can say it is about time because i am getting real jealous of the mp3 and video capabilities of Treo users.
