Fred, Sam, Neil, Ismail, Heather,

After doing what you describe, Fred, I ran into the same problem of not being able to have a functioning Browser. The reason is because of all the deleted Service Books. If you log on to Blackberry wireless online, you can get it to resend your Service Books to your Blackberry. I have Verizon, and did it all without having to get someone on the phone and wait for them to walk me through troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for the help.

She had me open Settings>Options>Advanced Options>Service Book. She had me delete everything in the Service Book except "Provisioning [PROVISIONING]" it won't delete.
