RCRNews.com is reporting a new twist in the case against RIM filed by NTP. Well it seems that a company called CLI has filed a lawsuit against NTP claiming that it actually infriges its own patents, the same patents that NTP is sueing RIM. Yes it’s really confusing so just read the article below:
