“I am trying to connect my Blackberry to my computer via BlueTooth, but for the life of me I can’t get it to work. Am I doing something wrong?”

Tim there is nothing you are doing wrong, don’t kill yourself over it. Tim the bad thing with the BlueTooth on Blackberry handsets is that they are only capable of doing voice. That means any data input or output is blocked, so you can not connect to your computer or you can not use a aftermarket BlueTooth keyboard.

    Will future BB devices have bluetooth that will allow transfer from device and computer? I am frustrated with the limitation on the bluetooth. I have the theme song from CSI on my desktop and was able to transfer it via bluetooth from my desktop pc to my previous cellphone (a Motorola with bluetooth), and cannot do this with my BB. Also, is there a way to find the theme song for CSI that I can download as a ringtone for my BB? I AM a CSI – so it would be very fun to have this on my phone.

    One more question please – what does “reconcile now” mean regarding email, etc? I purchased a book on the BB and couldn’t find a darn thing on this topic?

    hey just so you know you can transfer data ( pics music and videos) to and from your Blackberry Via Bluetooth if your using the desktop manager software from blackberry… conncet usint the software via bluetooth not cable and your good to go… wahala!
