Comments

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Feb. 14, 2005–Roaming Messenger(TM) (OTCBB:RMSG – News), today announced that the Company has been approved by Research In Motion (Nasdaq:RIMM – News; TSX:RIM – News) for inclusion in the BlackBerry® Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Alliance program. This alliance solidifies the Company’s commitment to support BlackBerry devices across the Roaming Messenger platform.

With this inclusion into the BlackBerry ISV Alliance Program, BlackBerry solution providers, such as Value Added Resellers and System Integrators, can readily incorporate Roaming Messenger’s technology into their solutions for mobilizing the enterprise workforce. The ISV Alliance Program offers the Company co-marketing and co-development opportunities to heighten the visibility of Roaming Messenger’s innovative mobile messaging platform, and to provide the BlackBerry development community with messaging capabilities far beyond current technology such as e-mail and text messaging.

By integrating Roaming Messenger’s mobile messaging technology into their applications, BlackBerry developers can instantly provide their clients with the ability to dynamically interact with a variety of rich content from backend applications, including text, images, GIS data, voice and other information and processes on their BlackBerry devices — as well as other wired and wireless devices. Furthermore, Roaming Messenger addresses a host of mobile messaging challenges by offering end-to-end, government grade security as well as interoperability across devices, networks and carriers.

“By delivering instantaneous interactive communication — with true end-to-end security — between mobile devices and back-office applications, BlackBerry users will now be able to dramatically improve the efficiencies already provided by the world’s most popular handheld device. We look forward to expanding our presence in the Blackberry development community through the ISV Alliance Program,” said Jon Lei, Roaming Messenger’s CEO.
