We have evaluated both the GoodLink 4.0 client and the new Visto 5.0 Beta client for Palm Devices. Currently GoodLink is far superior. Although we have not done stress testing on some of the features offered with GoodLink such as the OTA client installs and client upgrades it has shown great promise. As for Visto it lacks many administrative tools that GoodLink offers, it is also just breaking in to the constant sync market where as BlackBerry has a much more robust platform and a more established user base. I would find GoodLink to be the stronger contender to BlackBerry since the tools are fairly alike the technology is MAPI based. The one huge advantage is the ability to install GoodLink client on PPC and Palm base devices, where as BlackBerry requires its own devices.
