Telus To Offer Blackberry 7520 End Of March?

Blackberry 7520A Telus employee sent us a tip that the Blackberry 7520 will be available sometime at the end of this month. We’re still going to treat it as a rumor for now because no official statement has been announced from Telus. With Rogers and Bell releasing the newer Blackberry 7250 and 7290 it does make sense for Telus to release something new and start carrying the 7520, which Nextel has had for awhile now. The Blackberry 7520 is the upgrade model of the Blackberry 7510, improvements include 32 MB, 2-stage Backlight, BlueTooth, Speakerphone, GPS, and Walkie-Talkie feature.

    This rumor is confirmed. Through inside contacts with Telus Mobility, I have learned that this unit will be available, hopefully in March or maybe April at latest. Telus has now lowered the no-contract price of the 7510 from $649 to $599, perhaps to make room for the 7520?
