“Additional features include free Instant Messenger client”????
Where did you get this info from? I bought mine a couple of weeks ago directly from Cingular after complaining that I was going to cancel my ATT Wireless service and find another carrier that had this phone. They came through and i had mine last week. But i cannot find anything on IM. The IM client I downloaded as a test from Handango isn’t very good and I am looking for alternatives. I haven’t found anything online about a separate IM client.

    But i love the phone!

    Hi Dave,

That is our mistake that we mentioned the Instant Messanger program. It’s actually only available on the 7100t but with RIM’s new partnership with AOL and Yahoo! free instant messanging will be coming soon to most Blackberry handhelds.

    Thanks,
    Gillian

Got mine last week, Cingular tech can’t set up my account so its just a cell phone right now… the retail stores can’t help you….. they haven’t even seen the phone yet. There must be a better cell phone company out there some where?
