I se my BB for the obvious, email, web surfing, weather, and stocks. I also use it extensinvely for SSH connectivity.
I run a wireless Hot Spot business and if I get a user call or email I can SSH into our device to trouble shoot an issue. Lets me get out and do onsite support and sales by not having to be tied to a PC.

I use a 7520 with Nextel so the direct connect is also a huge time saver for me.

I use my blackberry for personal use only. I am working towards a family reunion and anyone who has questions and or concerns, I can answer instantly. It helps too if my wife sends me an email. Instead of bogging up my work email more I know if it comes over the blackberry it’s important. I always look at it when it alerts me. I also use a 7520 and the direct connect is awesome. Everyone in my family has it, and makes me accesible to them. My boss also has my Blackberry address just in case I am out of the office and he needs to find a file. He knows I always check my emails. I also check it out every morning before leaving the house so I know about the weather. It’s become a very valuable tool for me. I could never use a normal phone ever again.

I use my Bb as both an email and PIM manager, as well as working with our CRM system. I can respond to customers or view new leads and intiate service requests from where ever I am working.

I am having problems with my blackberry. I want to add applications and I want to use the calendar feature for sure, I also want to be able to send countless text messages. I have a microsd card, but it doesnt seem to help the memory. when the memory gets full it deletes call logs and text messages.

Can someone help me out?

I guess I’m not a young chicken anymore, however I use a laptop and mobile on a daily bases. Not a great brain burner, to think a BB would be helpful in my business life. However my knowlege is very limited, so I was disapointed at the lack of easy to understand info on how to use my BB which came with the unit. Apart from the very basic advice on how to swich it on, everything eles seems very difficult to understand. I need, to see e-mail, this I have managed to do…. but I want to be able to divert calls,a simple way of updating my contacts list,to set templates for Text messages, easerly use my calender, not to keep turning the camera on,not to be ask if I want voice control!
I may be “old school”, but I,m not the only one I’ve spoke to who is having problems. The suplyied CD with the desk top tool is not user friendly at my level. Would have be great to have a CD with writen step by step instructions for each function required, would have been very helpful to have a CD Rom with someone showing you step by step.
In summary is it possible to find some easy direction on how to use a BB in a formate for a beginner entry level?

Well I use my BB almost for everithing, I have configured my business and personal emails accounts so I can attend some important requirements of our clients, etc.

I use the Schedule and the Task Apps a lot.

I use the Internet browser a few, because it is to complicate to browse in the little display, of course if I am on the way and I need to check something I use the browser.

The clock alarm is great, you configure it and that is it…..

The black berry mesanger is one of the applications that I used a lot …. comunicating with work, family, friends people …

Did I mention I use the Direct Connect ???? It is my second BB I used to have the 8300 and now days I have the 8350i, it is a great BB….

So I can not live enaymore with out my BB.

Just got one the other day. It is very hard, at least to me, to figure out. Tried to use the owner’s manual and still having trouble. Can somebody help me to figure out this thing? Does anybody else have similar trouble?

i jst wnt to know y my BB wont play my music it gets into it but wont play it…
and how do i choose or change a msg tone

I just returned from a holiday, and my BB downloade 755 email messages. Is there an easy method for deleting all these emails in 1 shot, rather than individually deleting them? Cant find anything on bulk deletions in the instruction book. Any help with be appreciated. Thanks, Brian

Perhaps Rolando you have moved on to an Android? however, I am desperately trying to figure out how to get started,literaly! In Britain we get all the comments but I cannot find “how to really get started”. Just questions all the time. Getting into it and setting up uses. Thats all I need. Don`t even know how to start as came as a gift from Daughter. She didfnt want as it seemed to her just for emails!
