Telenav
The TeleNav system is software that works with Nextel phones, whether they are Global Positioning System (GPS) enabled (such as the Motorola i88s, i58sr and i730), or with a $70 GPS accessory (works with the Motorola i50s, i55sr, i85s, i90c, i95cl and i99cl). They have recently released the software for the Blackberry 7250 which is the only Blackberry to have built-in GPS. Features include turn-by-turn navigation, simplified address input on the phone, dictate your destination verbally, see your current location on a Map, or send it to your friends, and others.

The program is available for 30-day free trial, regular cost is $5.99 per month. You can find more information on Telenav’s website …

You say “They have recently released the software for the Blackberry 7250 which is the only Blackberry to have built-in GPS. ” However I think the software is only available for the 7520 not the 7250. Also, the 7250 has a GPS as well.
