Consilient’s training division today announced a new course for system administrators on BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.0. The new course is designed to provide system administrators with hands-on technical training on the new features of BES 4.0. The course is open to organizations using BES 4.0 for MS Exchange, Lotus Notes and Novell GroupWise.
Consilient’s training course provides a comprehensive technical overview enabling system administrators to upgrade to the latest version of BlackBerry Enterprise Server. The training course covers features of BES 4.0 including “cradle-less†provisioning, improved wireless security and how to activate the more than 70 different IT policies associated with BES 4.0.
“As companies increase their investment in wireless, they need to leverage these new technologies to improve overall operational efficiencies,†said Judith Hearn, Director of Customer Service. “System Administrators and end users need to know how to operate their technology whether it’s the newest BlackBerry Enterprise Server or a deployment of Treos. Consilient Wireless University gives system administrators and end users the tools they need to get the most out of their wireless technologies,†Hearn added.
In addition to BES 4.0 training, Consilient Wireless University offers end user Tips and Tricks training on BlackBerry devices. Consilient’s training team delivers courses on site with customers or via web-based training.
