If you’re having issues with your Bluetooth headset in the way of each time you make a call on your Bluetooth-enabled Blackberry, your Bluetooth device disconnects. The cause of the problem is that “trust mode” is not enabled.
To Enable Trust Mode, do the following:
1. From the BlackBerry main menu, select Options –> Bluetooth.
The Paired Device screen appears.
2. Scroll to your Bluetooth device and click the trackwheel.
3. Select Device Properties.
4. Set the Trusted field to Yes.
