I have the same experience as Esther with the total lack of support. I have found that dates with the same day/month but different year are all treated the same. i.e. if it was 100 days till Dec 25th 2009, it will show up as 100 days for Dec 25th 2020!! It's a great idea in my opinion, but I could not recommend a program with such appalling support.

I used to love this program - unfortunately I have had issues with it lately and have received absolutely no response from tech suppport - bottom line is that is seems that it is not compatible with Blackberry Tour in spite of the fact that they say it is. So I upgraded my curve to the Tour and now I can't access the program. I also had a situation on the curve where all my dates disappeared but when i tried to get tech support to figure it out.. I got no valid responses... that's my experience with this program.
