I want to remove an email account from my blackberry but cannot remember my username or password. Is there a way i can delete accounts without these?

I just switched to a Droid from a Blackberry Storm. Now people who send me emails get an error saying my @vzw.blackberry.net address is now invalid. So they keep sending me messages because they think I don’t get it. I tried to log in to the BIS and my account no longer exists. I talked to Verizon 3 times and they have no answer. Anybody have idea? Thanks

How do you remove e-mail contacts ? everytime i send an e-mail either from my BB Curve or laptop my BB seems to store addresses. When i go to send an e-mail on the BB and go to put in the ‘To’ address, i enter the first letter and a list appears from previous e-mails sent from my laptop i.e B = British Gas @ British Gas, Billing @ British Gas etc.

I have a blackberry Curve 8530, I tried deleting Ricks way...and the way where I'm supposed to go to my email settings...except it wont connect to my email settings...it just sits there and says connecting. I don't want these emails on my blackberry anymore, and I have no idea how to remove them. This phone is becoming more trouble (and money) than it's worth....

I recently did a battery pull and when the phone reset and turned back on there was an orange envelope showing next to my email folder as if there was an unread message–but there wasn't. I have tried all of the normal checks and resets that would usually remove this type of thing but it didn't work. I only have a blackberry email account and one other and neither of them have any new messages. Any ideas?

I tried to delete my Yahoo! e-mail account from my BB Storm using Rick’s suggestion but it didn’t work for me. I had to go to SETUP, then E-MAIL SETTINGS, then delete my Yahoo! e-mail account where it appears on the top of that page. Hope this helps.

Can somebody please help??

I have a Blackberry Storm and managed to set up my work emails on it via Outlook Web Access, however, after a couple of months I decided to delete the email account on my phone as I felt I didnt really need it. A few weeks after I decided to set my the email account back up on my Blackberry because I was off work for the week so thought it would be useful, however, I cannot add this email again, it just keeps asking me to check the information is correct and the annoying thing is I know the info is correct. Does anybody know why this may be??
