For some reason it seems like I got kicked off the company BES, my reply to email address is now @telus.blackberry.net instead of my @company.com email address. I also see the icon to activate my enterprise even though my Blackberry browser is still showing. I checked with my administrator and they say my handheld is still registered.
A common cause to this problem is that your security key has become outdated.
1. You will need to manually create a new one by going to Desktop Manager –> Redirector Settings –> Security.
2. Afterwards you will need to re-activate your handheld on the BES, which means you will need to get the password from your Blackberry administrator.
Unfortunately, if you do this process you will clear your emails saved on the handheld.
