		<description>Be nice if it [Spot] worked.  My demo version is locked into a loop and I have to wait until the [minutes-long only] demo version expires before regaining control.  All it does until that point is congratulate me for having the latest version of Spot then tells me I&#039;m connected to [satellite name?] and then goes back to congratulating me before again saying I&#039;m connected and so on.  None of the controls work while this is going on, so I can&#039;t back out or cancel this nonsense.  Skylab&#039;s site doesn&#039;t list a phone number so I can&#039;t actually talk to someone about it.  Most unhelpful.

P.S.  Your site also has problems.  For example one can&#039;t use anti-spam techniques (such as replacing the &quot;@&quot;) in the electronic mail address field.  Bad move, that.</description>
