my BB 9700 was disable to conect to my Destop Manager,everytime i plug in the cable,it will automatically connect to autorun.Which i can open in my computer.

I have a blackberry torch (9800) and my Windows 7 laptop does not recognize my blackberry (remains disconnected). I have followed all of the advice I could find on the web like removing the battery for several minutes, trying different USB cables and uninstalling the Desktop manager (V 6.1.0.35) – bundle 34 published June 7, 2011.

Any ideas to help? Mike PS. Thanks in advance!

hi
i have a blackberry curve 8520 but it comes from tanzania. the problem i have is that the destop manager does not pick up my blackberry.. do anyone have some advice for me ?

thank you worked after updating n had an error when loading desktop manager but pulling battery out then putting it back it worked perfect thank you

We have an HP notebook computer about a year old. After the Blackberry Desktop manager was loaded, it would have trouble connecting to the internet via ms explorer. We would have to reboot once or twice and eventually it would connect to the internet. Once connected it was fine, but getting the initial conncection was sometimes difficult. Any Ideas?

Didn’t work. Flashes from working to connected to working and stays stuck on working for as long as I can tell. Can’t tell what’s wrong.

I have a question that when i link the desktop manager with my BB, the DM appears a crash:searching the avilable softwares.I have searched the solutions and took out SIM card and retryed and failed.The internet says this software’BBweather’leads to the problem.When i uninstalled the BBweather the icon is still on the desktop of my BB. How to deal with this crash? Help me pls.Many thanks.
