Couple of things. Good did not layoff 175 sales people. They restructured their sales force to drive more sales through the carriers, of which Sprint and Cingular currently sell Good's product. Secondly, BB connect is nowhere to be seen in the United States and, based upon the recent court announcement, will probably not see the light of day anytime soon. Also, Good has announced support of Windows Mobile 5.0 driven devices, so it is actually a good thing (no pun intended) for Good. Nokia announced their new email solution and a partnership with Good. The fact that Sprint and Cingular signed agreements with Good should tell you that Good isn't going anywhere as you can be sure that Sprint and Cingular did due dilligence on the company before offering their customers a solution.

You have been predicting the downfall of Good since early this year and it has yet to happen. They actually have increased companies using GoodLink from 3,500 in Jan to over 7,000 now, a growth rate that is exceeding RIM's growth, acording to their latest numbers. With multiple OS and device support, Good isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
