
You can receive a delivery confirmation when you send a message to a BlackBerry device from either your device or Outlook.
When composing the message on the device or in Outlook, type < confirm > followed by the subject in the subject line of the message. After sending the message, you receive a message confirming delivery to the device.
Note: This does not apply to personal identification number (PIN) messages sent from the device.





the position of is unclear – before or after the subject?
Is it just me or does the screenshot show the opposite of what the text describes?
You guys are right, we must have been on something when taking the screenshot. is suppose to be first then the subject.
In my prevoius comment, the word confirm, between to arrow brackets, did not appear for some strange reason. This made my comments unclear. In any event, Jennifer resolved the issue with her clarification above.
All-in-all, a useful tip. But can we request a read receipt in a similar fashion?
