I had setup a few filters to help me organize my email a bit better but yesterday some stopped working. I have already checked to see if my filters are still listed in Desktop Manager, which they are. Other than that, I’m not too sure what I can do.
If filters just stopped working, it is most likely due to the fact that someone has tweaked with the Global Filters. Global Filters, which are configured on the Blackberry Enterprise Server override any user-defined filters. So your best bet is to contact your Blackberry administrator and ask him/her to either clear or reconfigure the overriding filter.
