My bb playbook doesnt turned on since it got drained and i was trying to charge it from my computer but still doesnt charge either. But theres a red light and the green light blinking.what should i do??

i plug my bb into the computer and it doesnt reconize it i try to delete the last app i downloaded afteri broke my phone but now it reboots and gets so far and crashing and just keeps repeating itself hellp !!

when i usually turn my blackberry on it takes about 10-15mins to restart and right now its frozen while restarting and has been like this for about an hour and a half. I have taken out the battery several time! NEED HELP ASAP! can someone help? x

hi mike i had a similar problem last night my phone went dead now it shows the battery with a red cross, i carried out the steps you did , it shows a battery with a yellow lightning bolt through the middle like its charging but then flicks back to the red cross after about 30 secs, hellllllp miss my girls on bbm lol

I have a bb 9600 bold. I turned it off last night so I could sleep. Now it will not turn on. I took out the battery it goes through the rebot stuff then it will not turn on. It is working I think. I can not get it to power up at all Help
