But sometimes it&#8217;s good to know the face of the enemy &#8212; or if not the enemy, an annoying man who exploits patent laws for his own profit. Law.com has an article that details the business life of Raymond Niro, the man who invented patent trolling.  This is how Raymond Niro rolls. Niro&#8217;s firm filed 37 patent cases for plaintiff patent holders in 2005, the most of the more than 200 firms surveyed by IP Law &amp; Business. In the process, he&#8217;s made some serious royalties of his own: a Falcon 10 jet, six Ferraris, acres of land in Chicago, Boca Raton and Aspen. [...]]]></description>
