		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t think that&#039;s a clear order to trun off the blackberry I just think it&#039;s a clear order to up your quality of life - when you leave the office leave the office.

Your blackberry allows you to work in different locations or travel for the day and not lose the whole next day trying to catch up, the purpose is NOT to have you work every waking moment.

I see this as a good thing - I have a wife and a son, however 1 week a month I am on call 24/7 - the other 3 weeks the email alert gets turned off when I leave the office and then it just becomes my cell phone, because my wife and my son are far more important then any job will ever be]]></description>
