NewsGator the RSS platform company not to be confused with the spyware company today announced that it has expanded its mobile portfolio with new RSS aggregators for Windows Mobile and J2ME-enabled devices. The new products accompany the NewsGator Mobile reader for HTML-enabled devices as part of the industry’s most complete mobile RSS catalog. All three mobile products synchronize with the NewsGator family of products, anchored by NewsGator Online, the company’s Web-based aggregator, allowing customers to read content and manage their subscriptions seamlessly from any device.
The J2ME version will be capable to run on Java-powered mobile phone or PDA including the Blackberry. The reader offers a rich interface for quick access to feeds, and fully synchronizes with NewsGator’s suite of products. It will also enter beta in the spring of 2006, with general availability slated for Q2 2006 and an expected price of $29.95 including a one-year subscription.
