Want to get your hands on George Clooney’s bag of goodies? You’re in luck as he’s auctioning them off! The Hollywood heartthrob has donated his Oscar goodie bag to an auction to raise money for charity. Gorgeous George insisted he has no need for the expensive gifts which are given out at the Academy Awards and is instead using it to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
A BlackBerry 8700c, a Kay Unger kimono and a Tahitian-pearl necklace are just some of the items you will get your hands on if you put in the top bid. In all, the goodie bag is estimated to be worth about $100,000.
The United Way Hurricane Response and Relief Recovery Fund will receive the money raised from the auction. A spokeswoman from the charity revealed not only will the winner feel like a star, but will also receive a hand-written thank you note from George.
