Apparently I had to define a path in [BES Server] > Properties > Sync Server > Audit Root Directory, then restart the BlackBerry Synchronization Service. It wasn't defined before SP5. I tried clearing it/restarting service again after defining a path and it continued working. Got it fixed. I just discovered that the logging of PIN/SMS/Calls stopped after applying 4.1 SP5. Policy settings were previously not defined or null, I forced them to 'False'. No luck.
