It was actually a bit of a let down, nothing big came out of WES other than Lazaridis talking about the multimedia Blackberry.

Hello, we've already known about that way before WES!

PS - I've won a few things from these BBCool contest before, maybe they were screwed by the NeonToad guys ...

Last year I won a contest and supposed to get a $100 gift certificate from NeonToad (which I never received). Are these contests for real?

I think the biggest news was Day 1 Keynote. Mobile bussiness is doing well, RIM is leading point on this evolution. I believe their posture (given it's anounces on Lotus freebies - adding to the exchange they had) will bring a revolution soon. Living on the other side of the pond, makes these devices less commonplace. I'm a new Blackberry user but already the productivity is spiking. Our mobile penetration rates are enourmous (my country has more mobiles than human beings) and SMS usage brings networks to new peaks of usage.
This mobility vision bringing the services and infrastructure of the company to it's employees everywhere is key to new heights in quality, customer and service-oriented bussiness.
Call me a zealot, but i'm recommending this way of life.
