I now can go an hour without actually thinking about email. I highly recommend the Phone Only setting under Profiles. You’ll still receive email it just won’t alert you every time.

So I load up a game and play it for a half-hour. It tends to recharge my batteries to make it over the hump of the last hour-and-a-half of working time so I can go home at 6 and start playing W0W at 9 with my girlfriend.
