CRM solution provider Pivotal Corporation recently announced the release of an update to their CRM platform, Pivotal CRM 5.9. Pivotal CRM 5.9 now includes Pivotal Handheld, a BlackBerry application and Pivotal Call Scripting for automating customer interactions.
