Coming hot on the heels of our previous post (which mentioned Sprint’s version of the 8703), Engadget Mobile is reporting that Verizon users may see the BlackBerry 8703e by the end of the month. What is the magic day that our friends to the south will recieve some 3G CDMA goodness? August 28th.

Is it official Bell policy to be the VERY LAST PROVIDER to offer the 8700 series?
I am doubtfull that the release date will be met. The Phone has yet to receive an FCC approval. Plus Sprint is setting its target release date sometime in Novemeber for the 8700 series. If this is the case will Verizon wait to stay true to their VERY LAST PROVIDER policy?
