SHAPE Services announced today that it has acquired ZZZ Software, developer and provider of the remote access software Remote Desktop for Mobiles. RDM is a communication tool that gives users the ability to connect to a desktop computer through a mobile phone or BlackBerry and interact with it remotely.
With this announcement, we consolidate our leadership position in mobile communication technology and strengthen our developers team with high-level professionals,” said Igor Berezovsky, chief executive officer of SHAPE Services.
