Well, according to the reports we&#8217;ve seen on the newsstand this morning, the wait is over after being delayed in order to gain regulatory approval.   &#8220;The service was originally slated to be up and running over the summer, and even a formal ceremony in September did not turn out to be the launch date for Research In Motion (RIM) and its local partner Taiwan Mobile.
