Hopefully that title isn’t as confusing as our supposed leak yesterday (thanks to those who got the joke). Reports via BBHub has European carrier O2 releasing the Pearl with a new operating system: OS 4.2.0.75 – interesting.
Apparently they’ve solved the issues of having the trackball rute the ringtone on incoming calls, and there’s also reports from users that MMS messages are being sent faster. Even more interesting.
So we’ll ask the same questions that BBHub did. Is anyone currently using this new OS or notice any changes on newly-purchased Pearl’s?

Lots of post already about this new OS can be found here http://www.blackberryforums.com/general-8100-series-discussion/51295-8100m_pbr4-1-2-0_rel75_pl2-2-0-37_a4-2-0-64-a.html
is there a bugfix list? I wanted to know if they fixed the keypad lock bug or standby bug.
if in standby, pressing the red pwr button wakes up the phone and if the phone is in your pocket, can cause havok.
also, with keypad lock ON, a few presses of the track ball can result in a call to 911.
Both happened to me.
btw, where do these bugs get reported?
thanks.
