Q: When I try to install an application on my device through BlackBerry Desktop Manager I get a message like “Invalid Content”. What do I do?
A: This is a bit cryptic but means that you currently don’t have the ability to put 3rd party applications on to your device. You should contact your BlackBerry administrator to have this added. It’s a restriction put on the BlackBerry through a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES).
