Q: I have a client who has a pop mail setup He had a forward setup on his mail with Outlook as this was always logged in so all messages were being forwarded to his blackberry account however he was only receiving about 60% on the blackberry (The blackberry does not log in to his pop server).
A: I suggest you setup a BIS account with will poll the POP account for email and send them to the BlackBerry. Remember to setup your desktop clients so that they leave mail on the POP server for a day or so so that the BIS will find ail there that has already been pulled down to the client.
