I am very frustrated with cingular because I want the pearl!! But I forgive them…I have been with Cingular for 1 year of my 2 year contract and I am already eligable for an upgrade with new 2 yr. I was with sprint for 7 years and they treated loyal customers horrible. I had to haggle with the “retention” department in order to feel like a valued customer.

You know, at first I didn’t mind the fact that cingular didn’t get the pearl out sooner…but, now that I am starting to see side by sides and specs and pictures with only a “coming soon” offering; I have to say I am annoid! I used to have a sidekick with tmo and one of the main reasons that I left tmo and the sidekick was because of the amount of teasing and toying they did with their customers. I find the waving of the banana in front of the monkey Highly unprofessional and just not tasteful. If you are going to release a product, make sure all grounds are secure and in place before releasing specs and comparisons, as to back up the writing on the wall. So until cingular can send out the pearl smoothly and get their marketing solid, this customer will only be “coming soon.”
