Looks like someone went and spent all of their holiday money. On Friday, the FCC approved AT&T’s purchase of BellSouth (and that means Cingular, too), and it looks like they might be making some changes. Maybe AT&T has some sort of issue with orange, but according to a press release issued by the company, “AT&T will re-brand Cingular through a co-branded transition, which is scheduled to start in 2007. Details regarding the Cingular branding will be announced at a later date.” Maybe the ship’ll sail smoother over at Cingular with a new flag – who knows? We’ll keep on top of this story for you. Its a pain calling customer service and finding out after 10 minutes, oh wait you need to talk to blue.
