I purchased MultiAlarm 3 years ago. Broke my Blackberry and got a new one. E-mailed support if they could issue me a new unlock code for my new Blackberry and deactivate the old code. After 4 e-mails sent, I have not received a response for the past year.

I LOVE the application, but keep their customer service in mind if you plan on purchasing the product. I find the lack of service unacceptable after they have collected my $30.

I had this one on my pearl and loved it. Changed devices to a curve and lost the app. So I decided to download another one on my curve, I sent mobylo an e-mail asking if I could get another registration code or would I have to purchase the app again. No reply... So I went ahead and purchased it again, what's 30 bucks (a couple of gallons of gas). When I purchased it, it came with a reply that my PIN was invalied and directed to a website to retrieve my registration code. The website was blank.
On their website is a place to send an e-mail with a promise of a response in less than 24 hours. 72 hours and 4 e-mails later I still have not heard from them.

Hmm... I tried MultiAlarm and have a differing opinion as to its value. I think what disappointed me most was that sure, you have 5 alarms, but they all sound the same. So you can't discern which alarm it is by any audible clue. Given that you can't choose any of the audible clips that you may already have on your blackberry, midi or mp3, how is it better than the built in calendar application, which allows infinitely multiple alarms?

I believe for the price I was expecting something along the lines of SPB Time in the Pocket PC world or Bob's Alarm in the Palm world.
