blackberry8800largekn2.jpgAll the details and a pretty solid graphic are now up on Cingular’s official site. Still no official release date to be found after sniffing around a bit, but I think by now we can all safely assume these babies’ll be falling off the shelf around the 21st. Pretty great. So, who’s planning on getting one?

    Silly Cingular. When you ask to be signed up for updates about the BB 8800 release, it says “Your email address was successfully submitted. Watch your inbox for updates about the launch of the Blackberry Pearl.” Some web guy at Cigular should pay more attention to the code they are cutting and pasting. That, or they have bigger problems calling this phone the Pearl.

    I have a screen shot if you want. Just cause I like to make fun of Cingular or the New AT&T. Or is it the new old AT&T. Doesn’t anyone remember that awful merger from 5 years ago. Why go back to a brand after investing so much money to change it. Oh well, what do I know.

    I don’t get it.

    I thought that cingular was going to transform to att?

    are they waiting to rebrand everything when the iphone comes out?
