While the BlackBerry Viewer works great I am too cheap to pay for something when there is a free alternative. Everyone should check out BBScreenStream. It provides a 'streaming' view of your BlackBerry screen on your PC. Streaming is in quotes because it not really streaming (neither is BlackBerry Viewer). It is just a continous loop of screenshots.

If you want simple screenshots also check out BBScreenShooter from the same developer. Both of the applications are simple and to the point. They have a built in update options so you can easily grab the latest version too.

For detailed information on both products, including screenshoots, go to http://www.blackberryforums.com/general-blackberry-discussion/52303-screenshots-blackberry-display.html.

Direct download links:
BBScreenShooter - http://oppitronic.de/pb/bbscreenshooter.php#download
BBScreenStream - http://oppitronic.de/pb/bbscreenstream.php#download

NOTE: You will have to download javaloader.exe seperate as it is not included with BBScreenStream or BBScreenShooter. Javaloader.exe can be downloaded with the BlackBerry JDE Component Package that is available at http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/downloads/jde.jsp#patches

Enjoy
