Jason, the BlackBerry service usually only accounts for about $5-6/month over a regular voice plan, your voice and sms was still working right? So if the outage lasted on average about 12 hours they should owe you about $0.10.

So at $39.99 a month or whatever I pay cingular/at&t . . .do you think I will get credited for the time that it has been down? I figure $1.33 per day of lack of service. . .minimum. No reason to not call and get credits when I can. . . ..
