I haven&#039;t heard of any rebate for the voice outage that occured the week before the BB outage.  Our people were mad about that.

I think everyone was secretly happy when BB went dark.]]></description>

At most AT&amp;T should refund that percentage of your monthly bill for the number of hours service was out.]]></description>
