		<description>$2.50 for each Blackberry on a corporate account will add up.  For my company we&#039;re looking at 2 grand.  Not bad.

I haven&#039;t heard of any rebate for the voice outage that occured the week before the BB outage.  Our people were mad about that.

I think everyone was secretly happy when BB went dark.</description>

		<description>Since when is AT&amp;T required to pay for lost productivity?  I supppose you are going to want Microsoft to pay for your lost productivity next time your hard drive crashes too.  
At most AT&amp;T should refund that percentage of your monthly bill for the number of hours service was out.</description>
