voltron.jpgBG Report is reporting (ha!) that two giants of the BlackBerry support world, BlackBerryGuy.com and BlackBerryMadeSimple, are doing it like Voltron and merging into one unstoppable force (giant swords are unconfirmed at this point).

While BlackBerryGuy is known for its live and web-based BlackBerry Help Desk support, BlackBerryMadeSimple is the go-to resource for training BlackBerry newbs, or just learning to squeeze the most out of your BB. Apparently, members from both sites will now have access to their counterpart’s resource. Sounds like a sweet deal, folks.

    Seems like a good deal since they told me you get ask me now free for a year also.

    A phone call to RIM costs what, $100? And for $20 more you get full support + ask me now?
