[...] Details on Sprint’s upcoming World Edition release are seeing the light of day, thanks to Boy Genius. Costwise, Sprint will be matching Verizon with a $199.99 pricetag, counting rebates and a 2-year plan. They’re looking at a July 1st. release for enterprise customers via web, and a public release on July 15th. As for the roaming GSM/CDMA service, rumour has it the price is set at $69.99/month. Cheers for the scoop, Genius! [...]

[...] After a bit of waiting, Verizon now has the World Edition available to the masses for $199.99 with a two-year plan.
[...] Sprint takes BlackBerry 7520 out back, hasn’t been heard from since so this is what a BB looks like on a tombstone - how very sad From "Blackberry Cool" - Not that we condone corporate espionage (publicly), but the leaked Sprint roadmap has pointed to the tragic passing of a respected member of the BlackBerry community, the beloved 7520. The GPS-enabled device is survived by his newborn grandson, the BlackBerry 8830. We encourage the patrons of the First Church of BBCool to step up to the dais and share their memories, good and bad, of their time with the 7520. And thou art dead, as young and fair As aught of mortal birth; And form so soft, and charms so rare, Too soon return’d to Earth! Though Earth receiv’d them in her bed, And o’er the spot the crowd may tread In carelessness or mirth, There is an eye which could not brook A moment on that grave to look. Yet did I love thee to the last As fervently as thou, Who didst not change through all the past, And canst not alter now. The love where Death has set his seal, Nor age can chill, nor rival steal, Nor falsehood disavow: And, what were worse, thou canst not see Or wrong, or change, or fault in me. – Lord Byron __________________ MMB916 ------------------------------------------------ CrackBerry Discussion Groups Moderator DEAR BERRY Use the Search Feature Forum Rules-Please Read Basic Crackberry Member Conduct Best regards, Mara (Dear Berry) 8700c and Lovin it [...]
