While some may have seen the incident as the single blow which ruins RIMâ€™s credibility, it makes more sense that a minor glitch can significantly increase their server-side diligence â€“ contrarily increasing RIMâ€™s reliability. Balsillie goes on to talk about all of the new failsafes that have since been set up over the last couple of weeks, so when minor problems happen in the future, they wonâ€™t affect service. BlackBerry has a lot of people to please, so it makes good sense that â€œthere is no constraint on budget or resources for this workâ€. [...]</description>
