Frances i dont know if you have figured out till now or not, but you can recieve files by going to media and then selecting recieve files option.

Did you ever find a solution. I’m having the same issue with my new 8310 and my 05 Range Rover. My previous Treo worked perfectly. The 8310 connects and dials but immediately drops the call when someone answers.
