Service providers, manufactures and consumers in the know, know better than to chose proprietary, non-standard technologies from arrogant, greedy, lawsuit happy, patent-holding company named qualcomm. Consumer based communication going forward needs to be like GSM is today; open, non-proprietary, and a global standard. cdma, wcdma anything qualcomm is not the right way forward in consumer communication networks. wcdma is falling flat due to qualcomm. cdma networks are falling flat and being upgraded to GSM, why? because of qualcomm.

Service providers, manufactures and consumers in the know, know better than to chose proprietary, non-standard technologies from arrogant, greedy, lawsuit happy, patent-holding company named qualcomm.
