ACT!As mentioned, RIM and Sage’s webcast on ACT! software for BlackBerry starts today at 2:00 PM EST. It’ll be good to hear how extensive the transition from desktop to handheld is going to be – if they can bring everything ACT! does onto BlackBerry, it’ll be impressive, but if they can do more (live updates on flagged contacts?), you’re looking at one killer app.

    We have more than 15 blackberries in our company.
    I have more than 8 sales staff that report to me and I would like to be able to see results of their sales calls.
    Can we share this info with a selected group in the company and especially myself and our V.P. of Sales ?

    I would like to see a ” live demo” of the product so I may suggest we take a look at the product… for customer sales management.
