Sprint cements their stance on terminating persistent customers

After considerable backlash, Sprint is sticking to their guns on their decision to kill contracts with customers who had made too many calls to customer service. Apparently the thousand-some customers who got booted were making 40-50 calls per month, which jives well with some commentary we’ve been getting here at BBCool. On top of that, many customers were calling about issues that Sprint employees were sure they had fixed long ago. Top that off with trying to milk Sprint for free service and devices? Maybe Sprint really had no choice but to cut these guys. Of course, now disgruntled customers are in a win-win situation - nag customer support until you get an easy way out of your contract, or get free stuff to placate your discontent.
